Anna Mae Boyd, 83, of 597 Hinman Road, died Wednesday at Evergreen Adult Home.
Born Oct. 28, 1916, in Pulaski, daughter of Clayton and Anna Bambury Parker, she was a 1934 graduate of Pulaski Academy High School and a 1937 graduate of Oswego Normal School.
She married Robert E. Boyd on Dec. 31, 1937, at the home of the Rev. Albert E. Lawrence, Pulaski town clerk, with the Rev. Mr. Lawrence, a retired Baptist minister, officiating. The couple owned and operated Pulaski Radio and Electric from 1937 to 1983. Mr. Boyd died Sept. 9, 1983.
Mrs. Boyd, a life resident of Pulaski, was a member of United Friends of Homeless Animals, and volunteered at its "trash and treasure" shop in Pulaski for many years.
Surviving are a daughter, Nancy B. Thomas, Pulaski; a sister, Mary E. Parker, Pulaski, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A son, James C., died May 1, 1971, and a daughter, Roberta J. Edick, died Sept. 28, 1993.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev. Catherine Salisbury officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery.
Calling hours will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
