    • Newspaper Obituary - Tuesday, July 21, 1942 Daily Sentinel - Rome, New York - William Russell, Former Utica Resident, Dies Here - William Russell, 71, a former resident of Utica died last night in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 11, 1870 in Orwell, the son of Frank and Mary Haggerty Russell. The only known survivor is a nephew, Bert Kingman(Kinsman), Fulton.
