Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, May 3, 1933 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Richland - Mrs. Alfred Waite, 23, died at her home in Richland early Sunday morning, April 23, 1933 after an illness of but two days. Lottie Widrig Waite was born February 15, 1910 in the town of Albion, daughter of the late William Widrig and Mrs. Laura Wilbur Widrig. She is survived by her husband, Alfred Waite; two children, Arlene and Charles of Richland, four brothers, William, James and Richard of Richland and Albert Widrig of Lacona; two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Galvin of Oswego and Mrs. Ellen Balch of Rome, and her mother, Mrs. Laura Widrig of Richland. Funeral services were conducted from the Methodist Episcopal church in Richland at two o'clock Tuesday afternoon with Rev. Harold Barnard officiating. A duet, "Some Day We'll Understand" was rendered by Mrs. Florence Whitney and Miss Frances Carr. A large number of the W. N. S. class, with their former teacher, Mrs. C. J. Riley attended in a body. Mrs. Waite was a member of the class. The bearers were Harwood Dunbar, Peter Schmidt, Charles Obleman, Nelson Obleman, Kenneth Cook and DeForest Pooler. Burial in Richland cemetery.
