Newspaper Obituary - Monday, February 26, 1968 Oswego Palladium Times - Oswego, New York - Pulaski - Forrest F. Parrow, 78, of 7583 Richland Road, died Sunday morning at his home. He was born in Colosse and was employed as a custodian at Pulaski Academy and Central School, retiring eight years ago. He is survived by his wife, the former Nellie Benway; a daughter, Mrs. Shirley Shattuck of Richmond; two sons, Earl and Chester, both of Pulaski; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Foster Funeral Home, the Rev. Raymond Rowley, pastor of Sandy Creek Methodist Church, officiating. Spring burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
