The funeral for Dora B. Jerome, 90, Walnut Street, widow of Michael Jerome, will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Russell Clark officiating. Burial will be in Bayside Cemetery.
Mrs. Jerome died Wednesday in Canton-Potsdam Hospital.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Garner Funeral Home.
Mrs. Jerome was a homemaker.
Born Dec. 12, 1905, in Potsdam, a daughter of Arthur and Catherine Andikirk Price, she attended Potsdam schools and married Ernest "Mike" Jerome on July 25, 1923, in Potsdam. Mr. Jerome died Jan. 4, 1986.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Mervin and George, both of Potsdam; two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Hilda) Keleher and Elizabeth Jerome, both of Potsdam; 76 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Three sons died before her, Floyd at birth, Leland "Bill" in 1967, and Michael in 1990. Two daughters also died before her, Marion Haywood in 1990, and Alberta Jerome in 1995.
