    • Shirley A. Ouderkirk, age 87, life resident of Redfield, passed away Friday at Samaritan Keep Nursing Home in Watertown. Shirley was born March 24, 1929 in Redfield, the daughter of Ernest and Ella Gorman Bennett. She attended Redfield Schools. Shirley married Donald E. Ouderkirk on May 29, 1948, and he passed away February 22, 2003. She was a former member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Redfield.

      Surviving are two daughters, Luann (Ross) Davis of Redfield and Leita (Steven) Willson of Camden, one son, Donald (Nancy) Ouderkirk of Redfield, seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Shirley was predeceased by one son, Jeffrey who passed away in 2003.

      Funeral services will be held 6 p.m. Monday, January 23, at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with a spring burial in Redfield Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. prior to the funeral.
