      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, November 1, 1888 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Died - In this village, October 29th, 1888, of pneumonia, John Carl, aged 60 years. Mr. Carl was born in Canada but had lived in this state from childhood and in this town for six years. He was only sick six days. He leaves three sons, Elmer, Albert and John and one daughter, Mrs. Wicks, of Prattham. The funeral will be held today, Wednesday, and the body taken to Syracuse for interment.
