Notes - Directions to the grave site of Carl George and Frances Abigail Shampine Spicer Pulaski Cemetery, Pulaski, Oswego, New York - Go North on Jefferson Street (U. S. Route 11) out of Pulaski. The cemetery is on the right at the edge of town. Take the first driveway (the newer seftion). Take the second left turn off that road. They are on the left before you reach a T in the road. They are three rows back and you can see the stone from the road. Their great, great, grandson, Joseph Michael Nolan Mooney, is buried at their feet.
Carl George Spicer was living with John and Lula Shampine briggs in 1930, as a farm hand. Lula introduced Frances Shampine to Carl and as they say the rest is history.
