    • Newspaper Obituary - January 30,1971 Wilkes-Barre Times Leader Evening News - Mrs. Search Dies In Hospital At 84 - Mrs. Stella Search, 84, formerly of 69 Barney St., Wilkes-Barre, died early this morning at Wymoning Valley Hospital where she had been a patient for the last month. Mrs. Search for the last four years, had resided with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. George Flickinger, at 74 Deer Path Drive, Mountaintop. Her Husband, Harry K. Search died in 1944. A native of Plymouth, Mrs. Search was a daughter of the late James and Mary Evans Sprake. She was a member of Weistminster Presbyterian Church, Wilkes-Barre, and was a life-member of the Shick-Shawnee Chapter, Order of Eastern Star No. 190, Shickshinny, having received her 50 year pin from the later unit in 1967. Surviving, in addition to Mrs. Flickinger, are a son Harry K. Search, Jr. of York; five grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Maude Gibbon, Plymouth. Funeral will be held from the Williams Funeral Home, 114 W. Main St., Plymouth, Monday morning at 11, Rev. Eric Fagans, pastor of the Mountaintop Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Interment will be in the family plot at Edgehill Cemetery, West Nanticoke. Viewing: Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Order of Eastern Star Chapter 190 will conduct services Sunday evening at 8.
