    • Newspaper Obituary - June 18, 1983 Times Leader - Wilkes-Barre, Pennsyvania - Genevieve McGilloway - Genevieve A. McGilloway, of 215 E. Thomas St., Miners Mills, died Friday morning in the NPW Medical Center, Plains Township, following a heart seizure at home. Born in Miners Mills, she was a daughter of the late William and Genevieve Kennedy Mattick. She was a graduate of Coughlin High School, Class of 1938. Mrs. McGilloway was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church, Miners Mills. She and her husband Vincent celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversity in January. Surviving are sons, James, Tinton Falls, N.J.; Thomas, Bloomsburg; daughter, Mrs. Joan Mulroy, Green, N.Y.; sisters, Mrs. Marie Corcoran, Plains; Mrs. Gertrude Sheridan, Mrs. Dolores Dohman, Mrs. Regina Gavin, all of Wilkes-Barre; Mrs. Theresa Egan, Forrest Park; eight grandchildren. Funeral will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. from the Corcoran Funeral Home, 20 S. Main St., Plains, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 in Blessed Sacrament Church, Miners Mills. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Plains. Friends may call Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
