    • Online Obituary - In 1996 Cordelia H. (Search) Flickinger was living in Mountain Top, Luzerne Co., PA. Cordelia H. Flickinger, 84, of Mountain Top, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 24, 2009, at her residence. Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Stella (Sprake) Search Sr. Cordelia graduated from Meyers High School and Wyoming Seminary and worked as the office manager for Mountain Top Lawn and Tractor. She was a 50-plus year member of the Eastern Star and a member of the Mountain Top Presbyterian Church. She also enjoyed watching Penn State football, but the love of her life and what she dedicated her life to was her grandchildren. She looked forward to and loved attending all of their events. She was preceded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband George A. Flickinger; and her brother, Harry Search Jr. Cordelia is survived by her daughter, Cory Flickinger, Wayne, Pa.; her son, George E. Flickinger, Lancaster; and her daughter, Sharon Davis and her husband, Ronald, Dallas. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Shane Flickinger, Sara and Megan Davis.
