      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, April 13, 2006 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Philip S. LaCelle, 67, Orwell, died Tuesday at Loretto Nursing Home, Oswego. Mr. LaCelle was employed by Crouse Hinds for 23 years, retiring in 1996. Born July 9, 1938, in Richland, a son of Clyde and Lillian Span LaCelle, he attended Pulaski schools. He married Judith Shattuck. She died July 31, 1995. He resided in the Orwell-Richland area most of his life. Surviving are four sons, Edward LaCelle, Altmar, Andrew LaCelle, Sandy Creek, David LaCelle, Pulaski, and Michael LaCelle, Richland; three brothers, Thomas and John, both of Pulaski, and Robert LaCelle, Camden; four sisters, Joan Stevens, Sandy Creek, Barbara Nutting, Fern Lester, and Rosie LaCelle, all of Pulaski, and two grandchildren. Calling hours are from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. Burial will be at the convenience of the family
