      Newspaper Obituary - Wednesday, May 21, 1975 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - D. W. Bailey dies at 58 - David W. Bailey, 58, of RD 2, Pulaski, passed away on Sunday afternoon, May 18, at the House of the Good Samaritan Hospital, Watertown. He was born on June 13, 1916 at Crogan, New York the son of Dell and Maude Fredenberg Bailey. He attended school at Crogan and was married to Katherine Sweatland in 1951. The couple lived all their married life in Pulaski. Mr. Bailey was employed by the Village Pulaski Department of Public Works and by the Camden Wire Company from which he retired six years ago due to ill health. During World War II he served in the Philippines. Surviving besides his wife are: one daughter, Mrs. Karen Hotaling of Pulaski; one son. Richard D. Bailey of Pulaski; one brother, Malcom Bailey of Burrville; one sister, Mrs. Richard Greengard of Bergenfi&l, New Jersey; a step-father, Fred Bush Sr. of Pulaski; one half-brother, Fred Bush Jr., also of Pulaski and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 21 at 11 a.m. at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski with Rev. Edwin A. Potter officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery.
