Newspaper Obituary - February 21, 1996 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Betty Dunbar Dies at 70 - Betty Dunbar, 70, of 892 Town Road, a native of Lacona, died Tuesday at Oswego Hospital. The funeral will be at 11 am. Thursday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev. Elizabeth Mowry officiating. Spring burial will be in Richland Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Surviving are a son, Frank, Scriba; a daughter, Joann Dickinson, Pulaski; seven brothers, William Lacelle, of Ricard, Robert and Richard Lacelle, both of Camden, Phillip Lacelle, Orwell, Thomas Lacelle, Panther Lake, and Gerald and John Lacelle, both of Pulaski; five sisters, Shirley Racine and Barbara Marriott, both of Pulaski, Joan Jones and Rose Boak, both of Sandy Pond, and Fern Lacelle, Orwell, and eight grandchildren. Born November 7, 1925, in Lacona, daughter of Clyde and Lillian Spar Lacelle, she resided most of her life in Pulaski. She had been employed by several Pulaski restaurants. She married Milford L. Dunbar on January 25, 1944. Mr. Dunbar died November 13, 1968.
