    • Obituary of Virginia Foster

      Virginia Foster, age 96, life resident of Pulaski passed away Monday at St. Luke’s Nursing Home in Oswego. Virginia was born June 14, 1922 in Pulaski, the daughter of Rolon and Ruth Saunders Balcom. She graduated from Pulaski High School. Virginia was married to Dyer F. Foster on December 3, 1939 and he passed away November 18, 1986. She was a member of the Pulaski Baptist Church, the Home Bureau and Rebekah Lodge.

      Surviving are one son, Kenneth C. (Rosanne) Foster of Scriba, three grandchildren, Lisa, Melissa and Jeffery, five great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by one son Stephen Foster.

      Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, July 27th at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski with burial in Pulaski Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service.
