- Arthur F. Gayne Obituary
Arthur F. Gayne, age 82, life resident of Pulaski, passed away Monday, at home, surround by his family. Arthur was born March 30, 1942, in Pulaski, the son of Floyd an Dorothy Coon Gayne. He attended Pulaski Schools. Arthur was married to his wife of 43-years, Debra Racine Gayne on October 24, 1980. He was employed by the Oswego County Highway Department for 15 years, before retiring in 1994. Arthur enjoyed hunting, golfing, and riding horses with his wife, Debra. He was a member of the Pulaski Baptist Church.
Surviving, are his wife, Debra of Pulaski, brother, Floyd “Jim” (Barb) Gayne of Altmar and sister, Norma Gregory of Pulaski and his beloved cat, Buddy and several nieces and nephews. Arthur was predeceased by his siblings, Millie Rossman, Bev Gayne, Mary Gayne and Bill Gayne.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, August 2nd at the Pulaski Baptist Church, 7 Bridge Street, Pulaski with a private burial at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are in care of Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street, Pulaski.
