      Henry Russell's Funeral On Monday - Winthrop, June 6 - Services were conducted for Henry Russell, 75, from the Fort Jackson Methodist Church, Monday afternoon, June 5 at 2 o'clock. Mr. Russell, one of three sons of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Russell, was born in Massena, August 28, 1856. For the past 50 years he has lived on a farm near Fort Jackson. June 3, 1892 he was married to Delia Young of that village, who passed away June 20, 1931. Since that time he has resided with his daughter, Emma (Mrs. Roy Peets) at Fort Jackson. He has always been a hard worker. Last year he was employed on the Winthrop-Fort Jackson County road which was under construction. He was taken ill in November with heart trouble and gradually failed until his death, which occurred Saturday morning at 10:30. Besides the daughter with whom he lived, he leaves two brothers, Frank of Fort Jackson and John of Schenectady; a daughter; Mrs Edith Tebo of Fort Jackson; four sons, Ernest, Emery and Edward of Fort Jackson; Earl of West Stockholm and fourteen grandchildren, Durwood Peets, Irene and Donald Russell of Fort Jackson; Jane and Earl Russell Jr., of West Stockholm; Mrs Marian Daby, Catherine, Floyd, Edward, Francis, Robert, Raymond, Bernard and Ernest Tebo of Fort Jackson. Rev. M. E. VanOrnum of the Fort Jackson Methodist Church, officiated at the services. Interment was in Mound Hill cemetery at Nicholville. M. T. Hammill had charge of arrangements.
