    • Obituary of Ted W. Spencer
      Ted W. Spencer, age 69, resident of Richland and Pulaski since 1978, passed away Tuesday at Upstate Hospital. Ted was born July 22, 1952, in Syracuse, the son of William and Kathryn Fox Spencer. He graduated from Central Square High School in 1970. Ted was married to Bonnie Rice on April 12, 1980. He was employed by the Pulaski Central School District for 14 years and had previously been employed by Coffin Excavating and UPS as a delivery driver. Ted attended the Pulaski Wesleyan Church and was an honorary member of the Ringgold Fire Department.

      Surviving are his wife, Bonnie, four children, Ted W. Spencer of Jacksonville, FL, Danielle (Kevin) Hellinger of Pulaski, Travis (Shawna) Spencer of Lacona and Lucas Spencer of Richland, three brothers, Howard Fisher of Arizona, Daniel Fisher of Constantia and Todd Spencer of Palermo, two sisters, Norma Anson of Lakeland, FL and Kolleen Carista of West Monroe, seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

      Funeral services will be held at noon, Saturday, June 4th, at the Pulaski Wesleyan Church, 4591 US Route 11, Pulaski with burial in South Richland Cemetery, Fernwood. Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. to noon, prior to the funeral. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street.
