      Andrew C. Young, 55, of Co. Rte. 57, Phoenix, died Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2003 He attended Nassau Community College and was a supervisor for decontamination and shipping at the NY Power Authority in Lycoming. Surviving are his wife of 22 years, Elizabeth Hamlin Young; two sons, Andrew and Aaron of Phoenix; two brothers, Richard of Floral City, Fla. and Steven of Pulaski. Services were held Tuesday at Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home in Phoenix. Spring burial will be in the Phoenix Rural Cemetery.
