Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, March 12, 1970 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Joseph John Reynolds Dies Suddenly Sunday - Joseph John Reynolds, 27, of Richland, died unexpectedly Sunday while snowmobiling with members of his family. He was taken to the office of Dr. Burch K. Reed by his brother, Orlando Reynolds, where he was pronounced dead. Death was later attributed to a ruptured aorta. He was born December 7, 1942 in the Town of Richland, the son of Orlando B. Reynolds and Gladys May Martin Reynolds. He attended Richland and Pulaski schools and was employed by the Richland Dry Kiln. He was a member of the Richland Church of Christ and the Mohawk Snow Riders Association. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Gladys Stevens; his step-father, Donald Stevens; five brothers, Orlando F., William H., Frederick V., Richard D., and Frank S. Reynolds, all of Richland; five sisters, Mary Woolson and Ruth Waite of Richland; Elsie Klebs and Jane Dingman of Lacona and Suzzie Norton of Sandy Creek; six step-brothers and two step-sisters; his grandmother, Mrs. Hattie Martin of Richland and his step-grandfather, Ernest D. Stevens of Pulaski. A prayer service was held Wednesday, March 11 at the Foster Funeral Home with the funeral held at the Richland Church of Christ. The Rev. Gene Kearns officiated. Spring burial will be in Richland Cemetery.
