      Francis E. Spencer, 82, of Conifer Drive, Baldwinsville, died Thursday at home.

      Born in Syracuse, he was a life resident of the Syracuse area. He retired from Pepsi Co., East Syracuse. He was an Army veteran of World War II and was a member of the Disabled American Veterans.

      Survivors: His wife, Eleanor Elliott Spencer; three daughters, Margaret A. Sherwood of Warners, Dorothy Graulich of Levittown, Pa., and Eleanor E. Hill of Baldwinsville; three sons, Frank E. and Edward J., both of Warners, and Charles E. of Baldwinsville; a sister, Dorothy Nicolini of Marcellus; two brothers, John J. of Camillus and Charles E. of Bangor, Maine; 16 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

      Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners. Calling hours, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
