Audrey J. Dunmyre Patla, 82, of Harmar Township, died Monday, July 30, 2007, at her home. She was born Oct. 27, 1924, in Mt. Pleasant, to the late Nicholas and Celia Reeder Orait, and previously lived in Harmarville and Lower Burrell.
Mrs. Patla was formerly employed as an LPN at Presbyterian Senior Care in Oakmont for 25 years. Among her interests were shopping, playing cards, bingo and spending time with her family.
Survivors include a son, Bruce (Kathy) Dunmyre, of Sarver; a daughter, Donna (Bill) Crumley, of Springdale; six grandchildren, Karen Crumley Hansen, Tracy (James) McCann, Amy, Meghan, Brandon and Aaron Dunmyre; a brother, Charles Orait, of Dayton; a sister, Betty Goldsheater, of Cheswick; and her precious little dog, Ginger. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Dunmyre; her second husband, Edward Patla; four brothers, Ralph, Thomas, Raymond and Richard Orait; and a sister, Ruth Klass.
Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in SPRINGDALE at the CHARLES B. JARVIE FUNERAL HOME, where services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday
Burial to follow in Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar Township.
