    • Newspaper Obituary - December 22, 1947 Wilkes-Barre Record - Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania - Eugene Kennedy, 61, of 511 Market Streeet, Kingston, died last night at 8:05 in Nesbitt Memorial Hospital. Stricken with a heart attack Saturday night, Mr. Kennedy had been in critical condition all yesterday. His wife Ellen died five months ago. He was a memeber of St. Ignatius Church, Kingston and its societies. Surviving are his children, Alice, Winifred, William and Paul, at home and Mrs. Joseph Kubish, Wilkes-Barre. Also surviving are three grandchildren, a brother William and a sister, Mrs. John Tobin, both of Hanover Township. Arrangements by Maher.
