    • Newspaper Obituary - February 22, 1971 Wilkes-Barre Times Leader - Wilke-Barre, Pennsylvania - Funerals - William T. Kennedy - The funeral of William T. Kennedy, 20 E. St. Mary's Road, Lee Park section of Hanover Twp., was held this morning fromt he Durkin Funeral Home, 9 Lee Park Ave., Lee Park. A Requiem Mass was celebrated in St. Aloysius Church by Rev. John Kilpatrick. Organist was Mrs. Ann Boyek and soloist Mrs. Helen Kosar. Interment was in St. Mary's Cemeter, Hanover Twp., where benedicion was pronounced by Rev. Father Kilpatrick. Pallbearers were Joseph Swentner, Josph Cooney, Paul and Eugene Kennedy, Thomas and John Tobin.

      Newspaper Obituary - February 20, 1971 Wilkes-Barre Times Leader - Wilke-Barre, Pennsylvania -William T. Kennedy - Following a heart attack, William T. Kennedy, 20 E. St. Mary's Road, Lee Park Section of Hanover Twp., passed away yesterday at 4 p.m. at his home. Deputy Coroner Andrew Mamary investigated. Born in Plymouth, he worked for several years at the Loree Colliery. For the last 35 years, he was emplyed at Tobin Florist in Lee Park. He was a member of St. Aloysius Church, Wilkes-Barre. He is survived by a sister, Mrs. John Tobin, with whom he resided. The funeral will be held from the Durkin Funeral Home, 8 Lee Park Ave., Lee Park, Monday morning at 10:45 with a Requiem Mass at 11 in St. Aloysius Church. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Twp. Viewing Sunday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m.
