    • Newspaper Obituary - Saturday, January 9, 1982 Palladium Times - Fulton - Lester J. Horr Carr Sr., 61, of Hannibal, RD2, died Thursday evening at Syracuse Veterans Administration Hospital after a long illness. He was born in Fulton and was a life resident of the area. He was a retired painting contractor and a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, Margaret Guyer Carr; two daughters, Marsha and Melissa Carr, both at home; a son, Lester James Carr, Jr. of Lexington, Ky.; three grandchildren, four brothers, Irwin Horr of Augusta, Ga., Ronald Horr of Shortsville, Lawrence Carr of Palmyra and Gordon Carr of Augusta, Ga; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Stacy, of Shortsville. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Foster Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Northrop offficiating. Spring burial will be in Mt. Adnah Cemetery. Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
