Bernard D. "Bum" Carey, 80, of Phoenix, NY. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator, Village of Phoenix, D.P.W., for 30 years. Survivors: spouse Marion (Miller); five children, Cindy, Jack, Gale, Dale, Tammy; 17 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; four brothers, Clarence, Emerson,
Charles, Christopher; two sisters, Mary Jane, Patricia; nieces, nephews. A sister, Marjorie, predeceased him.
Services this Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Allanson-Glanville-Tappan Funeral Home, 431 Main St., Phoenix, NY. Calling hours are from 4 to 6 p.m. before the service.
