      Albert Allen Rowe, 47, of 205 Turtle St., died yesterday orning at the Veterans Administration Hospital.
      He was an Oswego native and had resided in Syracuse most of his life.
      Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Barbara Rowe; a son, Albert Rowe Jr.; a daughter, Victoria Rowe of Palmyra; his mother, Mrs. Isabelle Miller of Mexico; two brothers, Donald Rowe of Fulton and Frederick Rowe of Hannibal; two stepbrothers, William H. Miller of Selma, Ala , and Daniel of Syracuse, seven stepsisters, Nancy Cox of Syracuse, Marion Carey of Phoenix, Rose Kloch of Gouverneur, Elsie McNeil of Syracuse, Connie Casler of Minoa, Donna Perkins of Syracuse and Glenda Loomis of East Syracuse.
      Services will be Tuesday at 11 a m. at the Frasier-Shepardson Funeral Home.
      Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.
