    • Newspaper Obituary - January 25, 1934 Mexico Independant - Mexico, New York - Frank H. Wightman - Parish, Jan. 22 - Funeral services for Frank H. Wighman, 74, were held at his home Monday at 1:30 p.m. and at 2:00 in the Methodist church with the Rev. E. B. Topping, D.D., pastor, and Rev. Leon Lacy of Mattydale, officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Lawn cemetery. Mr. Wightman died Saturday morning at his home. He was born May 17, 1859, a son of the late Charles and Melissa Brockway Wightman, in Parish. He resided in Syracuse 28 years before returning to Parish in 1916 where he had lived since. For seven years he was a mail carrier, retiring a year ago. He was a member of Salina Lodge No. 97, I. O. O. F. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Leona Kinsman Wightman; one brother, Fred Wightman of Cleveland, O., and two sisters, Mrs. Clara Neil and Mrs. Mary Egan, both of Cleveland, Ohio.
