- Elsie P. Cunningham
Elsie P. Cooley Cunningham, 89, of Woolrich, Pa., formerly of Fairchance, Pa., died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001, in Jersey Shore Manor Care.
She was born Nov. 3, 1911, in Fairchance, Pa., daughter of the late William and Della Wilson Cooley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Cunningham; a son-in-law, Paul F. Moats; and five brothers, Clarence, Stephen, Nicholas, Leonard and Melvin Cooley.
Surviving are three children: Edgar W. Cunningham and his wife, Shirley of Fairchance, Pa., Coral J. Moats of Woolrich, Pa., and Mary Ann Heffern and her husband, Robert of Brownfield, Pa.; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; and one sister, Eleanor Collins of Uniontown, Pa.
Elsie was a member of the Fairchance Church of the Brethren.
The family will receive friends in the GOLDSBORO-TOMI FUNERAL HOME, 21 East Church St., Fairchance, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m. Upon Mrs. Cunningham’s request, the funeral and interment will be private.
