    • John Weed - April 28, 1764 - August 17, 1834. Plot C-418. Military Service: Veteran of the Revolutionary War. with intermittent service from 1780 to 1783. Veteran of the War of 1812, with service from September to November of 1813 as a Captain in the Vermont Militia. Son of Jehiel and Lydia Hoyt Weed. Husband of Mary Townsend Weed (married about 1783 at Fredericksburg, Dutchess County, New York) & Lucy Weed (married about 1830 in Richland Township, New York.) [Notes: Little is known about Lucy Weed, other than she was a resident of Orwell at the time of her marriage to John Weed. Lucy Weed died in 1854, her place of burial is unknown.]
