    • Everett Weaver, 73, died Tuesday evening in Hospital,at Syracuse.
      He was born in Mexico, and had resided in Hastings for 50 years. He was a charter member of the Hastings Fire Co. and was a building contractor. His first wife, the former
      Hazel Watkins, died in 1965.
      Surviving are his wife, the former Frances Tackley Rio; five sons, Clifford, Clyde, Harold and Carl of Hastings and Lloyd Weaver of Brewerton; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Jane Halsey and Mrs. Barbara Barry, both of Syracuse; two sisters, Mrs. Raymond Clark of Mattydale and Mrs.
      J. M. Hayes of North Syracuse.
      Services will be ai 2 p.m. Friday at Harter Funeral Home Parish. Burial will be in Pleasant Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
