- David W. "Bill" Webb, 55, of Panther Lake died Sunday. He was born in Amboy. He was a heavy equipment operator for Robert H. Law Construction in Syracuse for 20 years. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and received the Bronze Star and two Purple Hearts. Survivors: His wife of 34 years, the former Bonnie Russell; two daughters, Rebecca Sweeting of Camden and Gail Bulson of Williamstown; a son, James of Parish; his mother, Ruth Oyer Webb of Williamstown; two sisters, Corinne Tilton of McConnellsville and Mary Carty of Amboy; three brothers, Erwin of Redfield, Leonard of Williamstown and DeEarl of Chittenango; three grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sanborn-McDaniels & LaRobardiere Funeral Home. Burial, Fairview Cemetery. Calling hours, 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 109 Main St., Camden.
