- Newspaper Obituary - Saturday, November 15, 1997 Times Leader - HELEN KEIM - HELEN FORVE KEIM, 69, OF WILKES-BARRE, DIED THURSDAY AT HER HOME - Helen Keim - November 13, 1997 Helen Forve Keim, 69, of Wilkes-Barre, died Thursday at her homeBorn April 16, 1928, in Wilkes-Barre, she was daughter of the late Frederick and Gertrude Mary Hartman Forve. She attended St. Ann's Academy, Wilkes-Barre, and was a graduate of St. Nicholas High School, Wilkes-Barre. She was employed as a model by Mr. Perella Hair Fashions, Wilkes-Barre, and later by Bell Telephone in Wilkes-Barre and New York City. Before she retired, she was employed by Royal Globe Insurance Co., Wilkes-Barre, for 25 years. She and her husband, Charles, celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary in September. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Alex Campbell Pawlenok. Surviving in addition to her husband are her first husband, Jimmy Campbell, Las Vegas, Nev.; daughters Sue McCarty, Ashley; Mara Pawlenok, Mountaintop; Nancy Tully, Las Vegas; seven grandchildren; a sister, Gertrude Forve Girmen, Wilkes-Barre; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday from the Corcoran Funeral Home, 20 S. Main St., Plains Township, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at St. Nicholas Church, Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bishop Hoban High School Athletic Fund, 159 S. Pennsylvania Blvd., Wilkes-Barre.
