Clarence B. Owens, 67, of 5424 Grant Ave., East Orlando, Fla., died yesterday in the A. C. Silverman Hospital after a long illness. He had formerly lived on Midland Avenue in Syracuse and previously owned and operated the Kash and Kary Dry Cleaners on South Avenue. Surviving are his wife, Katherine; three sons, Donald and Gary, both of Syracuse, and Charles H. of Clay; three daughters, Mrs. Sandra Manipole and Miss Betty Owens, both of Syracuse, and Mrs. Carol Hinman of North Syracuse; one brother, Charles of Liverpool; and 22 grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Gethsemane United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Robert Thomas officiating. Burial will be in the White Chapel Memory Gardens. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Greenleaf Funeral Home, 503 W. Onondaga St.
