Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, October 2, 1890 Sandy Creek News - Sandy Creek, New York - Goodenough - Mr. Arthur McNitt died Sunday night from typhoid fever. He had been sick about two weeks. Dr. Cook of Sandy Creek attended him. We understand the Doctor had no hopes of his recovery from the first day he saw him. Mr. McNitt was a strong, robust fellow but death makes no distinction. The funeral was held from the residence Tuesday at 11 a.m.
