RICHARD H. OWENS, 31, of 118 Darlington Road, died yesterday at Crouse-Irving Memorial Hospital after an illness of two months.
He was employed by Solvay Iron Works.
A life resident of Syracuse, he was a member of Gethsemane United Methodist Church and Local 60, Iron Workers Union.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Patricia Hubatsek Owens; a son, David Owens; three daughters, Deborah, Susan and Cynthia Owens; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence B. Owens; four brothers, C. LeRoy, Charles, Donald and Gary Owens, and three sisters, Mrs. Sandra Manipol, Mrs. Carol Hinman and Miss Betty Owens.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Gethsemane United Methodist Church. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.
Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Greenleaf Funeral Home, 503 W. Onondaga St.
Contributions may be made to the tumor patient fund, care of Upstate Medical Center.
