      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, November 11, 1920 Oswego Daily Palladium - Oswego, New York - Pulaski, November 11 - James Lacy, well known farmer in the south section of the Town of Richland, died Tuesday after an illness of three weeks. He is survived by his widow and one son. Burial will be at Willis cemetery.
