      Mr. Lamica came to Malone when 18 years of age and had ever since resided in this community. He was a gental, kindly old gentleman who was recognized by all as a good neighbor and friend. For long years he had been a member of the St.Jean Baptiste Society. Mr. Lamica and Elizabeth Reed were married here 60 years ago and only a month ago they celebrated their 60th anniversary together. She is now 77 years of age and besides her there are ten living children, 72 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren surviving. The children are Michael, Phillip, Remi, Dolphus, Jerry, Louis, Gilbert and Clement and Mrs. Andrew Degron and Mrs. F. Beatty, all of whom are residents of Malone. The funeral took place from Notre Dame church Tuesday morning.
