- Obituary for Dale W. Raymo - Dale W. Raymo (September 19, 1961 - September 5, 2018)
Frankfort, NY. It is with a heavy heart that the family of Dale Raymo, 56 of Frankfort, NY, announces his unexpected passing on Wednesday September 5, 2018. Dale was born on September 19, 1961 in Watertown, NY to Donald E Raymo and Barbara Stewart Raymo. Dale worked construction for many local companies throughout Utica, NY and in Virginia. He was working construction at the Pentagon during and after the 9-11 attacks. He will be remembered as a loyal, hard working and dedicated employee. Dale was an ACE mechanic who loved Hot Rods, NASCAR, NHRA and was a faithful Buick owner. His passions included fishing, especially on the West Canada near Utica, NY, where he taught his grandchildren how to fish. He also loved watching Football, birds of all species (especially Eagles), and was proud of his flower gardens. He enjoyed an ice cold beer at the end of a long work day. Dale is survived by his mother, Barb; his children, Nichole Raymo and her companion Pedro Cintron of Yorkville, NY, Jackie Mullen of Utica, NY, Kristy Lusk and her husband Michael of Schuyler, NY and Daniel Hoffman of Frankfort, NY. He leaves behind his long time companion and significant other, Kristin Hoffman, of Frankfort, NY. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Biadasz and her husband Joseph, of Plover, Wisconsin; his former wife, Darcie Gray Massucci of Utica, NY; his three sisters Renee Beach and her husband Bill of Adams Center, NY, Michelle Reff of Wisconsin, and Leslie Raymo and her fiance John Burns of Clayton, NY; his uncle Roger Dale Raymo; his grandchildren Austin, Chirstie, Lexus, Mercedes, Triston, Kayla, Josh, Morgann, Xander, and Dahlia; several nieces; his best friend Jeff Shephard of Illion, NY and several other great friends; and last, but not least, he leaves behind his K-9 companion Tek, also known as "Mr. Man" who keeps looking for him. Dale is predeceased by his father Donald; his nephew Benjamin Towles; his grandparents George and Rose Stewart, Earl and step-grandmother Viola Raymo of Antwerp, NY, and Frances Gleason LaClair; as well as his dog Buster. Dale's passing leaves a heartache that no amount of time will heal, but his love and laughter will leave memories that no one can take from us. Family and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Services at Dimbleby Funeral Homes, Inc., 40 Main St., Whitesboro, NY, on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 with calling hours from 2-4 pm followed by a service beginning at 4pm, with Rev. Cindy Makarchuk officiating.
