Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, August 2, 1923 Oswego Daily Times - Oswego, New York - Mexico, August 2 - James R. Robbins, aged 79 years, a resident of Daysville for the past fifty-nine years, died Wednesday morning. Surviving him are his wife, Mary Robbins; one son, Gilbert Robbins, of Daysville; two daughters, Mrs. Eli Wood, of New Haven, New York; Mrs. John Rogers, of Daysville; two brothers, Lewis Robbins, of Benson Mines; Jesse Robbins, located in the West, and two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Hager, of Mexico, and Mrs. Ella Cipher, of Brainardsville, New York. Funeral services will be held at his late home on Friday afternoon at two o'clock_ The Rev. Alonzo Hand, of the Methodist Episcopal church, of Fernwood, will officiate. Burial in village cemetery.
