Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, August 8, 1889 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Daysville - It is with sadness that we record the death of Caroline, wife of Thomas Soule, which occurred at her home here, Tuesday, July 30th, in the 67th year of her age. Disease had been lingering about her for many months, but she had been well enough to attend to her household duties until a few days before her death, when she took to her bed and sank into an unconsciousness from which she never roused. The funeral was held from the house Thursday afternoon, Rev. D. D. Dean, of Lowville, officiated. The deceased leaves a husband and one daughter, Mrs. Chappel, of Liverpool, to mourn her loss. Mrs. Soule was loved and respected in the neighborhood where she lived, and her death is universally lamented.
