- (Pulaski Democrat, February 14, 1884) "Mr. Ansel Brown, lately deceased, was one of the most extensive land owners in this town. From childhood he had been a resident of Richland and was perhaps as well known as any man in it. He had never been married. Mr. Edmund Brown, a brother, Mrs. A. Twitchell, Mrs. D. C. May, a maiden sister, and an aged mother survive him. The two latter having a home with him. The funeral services were held in the M. E. Church of this village, on Tuesday of this week, Rev. G. P.
