John R. Loucks, 78, of 1100 James St.,Syracuse,died Saturday at home.
Born in Oswego, he lived in Baldwinsville most of his life before moving to Syracuse. He retired in 1984 as an electrician at the SUNY Health Science Center. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II.
His wife, Margaret G., died in 1992.
Survivors: Two daughters, Colleen Schlegel of Syracuse and Cheryl Bryant of Baldwinsville; three sons, Rodney of San Leandro, Calif., Larry of Syracuse and Gary of Cato; a stepson, Allan Branchau of Baldwinsville; a sister, Ann Brown of Palermo; four grandchildren.
Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Falardeau Funeral Home. Burial, Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Calling hours, 3 to 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 93 Downer St., Baldwinsville.
