Notes - Wilma Young Rybarczyk Lane, 96, formerly of MacDougall Street, Auburn, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Finger Lakes Center for the Living. Born in Baldwinsville on August 20, 1922, Wilma was the daughter of the late Milton and Ruth King Young. She worked for many years at General Electric of Auburn. She loved to travel as often as she could; she spent her 90th birthday traveling throughout England and took her last cross country road trip with her family at the age of 95. She was of the "Greatest Generation" and was widowed early in her life. She was brave in the face of adversity and always loved a good laugh. She will be missed and always loved. Mrs. Lane is survived by five generations of family: her brother, Raymond A. Young (Nancy) of Lafayette; daughter, Barbara Lane (Lori Saile) of Syracuse; her sons, Luke Rybarczyk (Kathleen) of Florida and William Lane (Ann Marie Poole-Yannotti) of Auburn. Many Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Sunday Evening at 5 p.m. in White Chapel Funeral Home, 197 South Street, Auburn. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville. Friends are invited to call on the family Sunday from 3-5 p.m. prior to services.
