Son of Stephen and Maria Abigail Hoadley Wade. Husband of Susannah Florence Wade (married about 1777) & Elizabeth Rising Trumbull Wade (married January 6, 1830 at Rupert, Vermont) [Note: Susannah Florence Wade was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on August 20, 1758, and died before 1830. She was a daughter of Abraham and Eunice Seely Florence.]
