Newspaper Obituary - March 3, 1925 Pulaski Democrat - Pulaski, New York - Daniel H. Davis, 72, native of Oswego county, died at his home on the Port Road, about five miles west of this village, at 12:30 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon. He was stricken Sunday, but had been in poor health a long time. Mr. Davis was born November 19, 1853, on a farm near Port Ontario, and had lived in that section of the town of Richland all his life. During all these years he had followed farming and was well and favorably known throughout this section of the county. He was a member of Arbiet Lodge 162, I. O. O. F., of Mexico and of Silver Crest Lodge 229, I. O. O. F., also of Mexico. Surviving besides his widow, Mrs. Mary Fleming Davis, is a granddaughter, Miss Edith Rockfellow, who lives at the Davis home.
