- Richard H. Woods, Sr., age 55, died unexpectedly in Syracuse on November 21, 2019. Richard was born August 27, 1964 in Long Beach, CA, to Leon Arthur and Marcia Holmes Woods. He attended Syracuse and APW schools. He was a landscaper and carpet layer.
Surviving are his sons, Richard Woods, Jr. (Andrea Brummett) of Boylston and Joseph Woods of Pulaski, daughter Emily of Pulaski, granddaughter Piper Woods, sister Gloria (George) Potts of West Chazy, NY, brothers, David Woods of California, Ralph Woods of Pulaski, Leon (Elizabeth) Woods of Pulaski, John Woods of Oswego and Steve Woods of Pulaski, nieces and nephews, and a special brother in-law, James Washburn of Hope, AR. He was predeceased by his parents, his daughter, Destiny Woods, sisters Carolyn Kamont and Deborah Woods and brother Robert Woods.
Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Foster-Hax Funeral Home, 52 Park Street.
