- Newspaper Obituary - Saturday, March 9, 2002 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Eileen E. Mosher, Gould Electric Retiree - Eileen E. Mosher, 78, Main Street, died Saturday at Upstate Medical University, Syracuse. Mrs. Mosher retired in 1990 after 22 years at Gould Electric, Watertown. Born June 4, 1924, in Watertown, daughter of Grove and Eva Jeffers, she graduated in 1942 from Watertown High School. She married Quenton E. Mosher on Feb. 16, 1942, at Holy Family Church, Watertown, with the Rev. John B. Doonan officiating. Mr. Mosher died in 1979. She was an honorary member of the Richland Fire Department Auxiliary and a communicant of St. Jude's Catholic Church, Mansfield, Texas, where she resided for a brief time. Surviving are two daughters, Cheryl E. Maitland, Richland, and Susan J. Mattice, Jacksonville, North Carolina, five sons, Jerry Q. and Rick F., both of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Fred S., Pulaski, and Timothy E. and Terry D., both of Richland; two brothers, David Jeffers, Watertown, and Grover Jeffers, Oneonta, 21 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. A daughter, Jeanne S. Nutting, died in March. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home, Pulaski. Burial will be in Richland Cemetery. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m Tuesday at the funeral home. Donations may be made to Richland Fire Department Auxiliary, Philips Street, Richland, New York 13144.
