      Newspaper Obituary - Thursday, October 22, 1992 Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, New York - Charles Diamond Dies In Oswego Hospital At Age 68 - Charles J. Diamond, 68, County Route 2, died Tuesday at Oswego City Hospital. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Traub Funeral Home, Central Square. Burial will be in South Richland Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Surviving are his wife, Violet; a son, Charles, Saudi Arabia; four stepsons, Gary Ginn, Lacona, Michael Ginn, West Monroe, David Rice, Rochester, and Ronald Rice, Richland; seven daughters, Lois Groat, Hannibal, Susan Mastro, Gail Patterson and Barbara Witmer, all of Fulton, Joyce Grebele, North Kingston, Joan Diamond, California, and Janet Busch, Alabama; three stepdaughters, Diane Munroe, Newark, Bonnie Spencer, Richland, and Kay Baum, Pinellas Park, Florida; 30 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three sisters, Jennifer Male, Schuyler, Genevieve Minor, Syracuse, and Ruby Belson, Fulton. A native of Fulton, Mr. Diamond lived in Richland for 14 years. He retired in 1983 as a driver with Schuster Express in Syracuse. He was a member of Local 317, Teamsters Union. He was a veteran of World War II.
