      Newspaper Article - Tuesday Evening, June 25, 1907 Oswego Daily Times - Oswego, New York -Objections to Will - Relatives of Mrs. Phoebe Miller Object to Way She Disposed of Her Estate - Objections to the probate of the will of Mrs. Phoebe Ann Miller were filed in Surrogate's Court today by attorney George W. Davis who represents three of Mrs. Miller's children, Andrew and Viola Miller and Marion Stuber. Mrs. Miller lived at Pulaski and left $450 real estate and $125 personal property to her daughter, Sarah A. Perkins. The other children have brought this proceeding on the ground that their mother was not of sound mind when the will was executed; that it was not her voluntary act and that it was not declared by her to be her last will when it was drawn.

      Newspaper Article - Friday Evening, July 12, 1907 Oswego Daily Times - Oswego, New York - In Surrogate's Court - Objections Filed to Probate of Will of Phoebe Ann Miller of Pulaski - The objections filed in Surrogate's Court to probate of will of Phoebe Ann Miller, late of Pulaski, have been withdrawn. Mrs. Miller left about $600 to her daughter, Sarah Perkins, and three other children, Andrew and Viola Miller and Marcia Stuber objected. Through their attorney, George N. Davis, an amicable settlement has been arranged.
